Ingredients:
- 2 fillets fresh Manitoba pickerel
- 2 tbsp Spring Hill raw creamed honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- In a small pan, melt butter over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Stir in honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and black pepper. Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Brush the pickerel fillets with the glaze.
- Grill or pan-fry the fillets over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side, brushing with additional glaze as they cook.
- Serve hot with fresh lemon wedges.
