Want to skip shipping? Choose Local Pickup at one of our retail partners OR Provide your Freight Account Number and preferred carrier and send them to pick-up from our facilities

Delivery Estimates

We do our best to ship orders within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Local Pickup Available: Select “Pick Up in Store” at checkout and choose a local retailer to collect your order.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We stand behind the quality of our honey and want you to be 100% satisfied. However, due to the nature of food products, we can only accept returns in specific cases.

Returns Eligibility

• Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your honey arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days for a replacement.
• Lost or Missing Packages: If your package is marked delivered but not received, please allow 48 hours before contacting us for support.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened honey products.
