Classic Manitoba Honey Dill Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Spring Hill raw creamed honey
  • 1 tbsp fresh or dried dill
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, honey, mustard, lemon juice, and garlic powder until smooth.
  2. Stir in fresh or dried dill and mix well.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Let the sauce sit for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to blend.
  5. Serve as a dip for chicken fingers, fries, or drizzle over grilled salmon.
