Honey Roasted Prairie Nuts & Seeds

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsp Spring Hill raw creamed honey
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter, honey, cinnamon, and sea salt.
  3. Add nuts and seeds, tossing to coat evenly.
  4. Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  6. Let cool and store in an airtight container.
